Title

Amending the Appealed Special Tax Assessment for 1336 DAYTON AVENUE.  (File No. J1114A, Assessment No. 118086).

Body

WHEREAS, on August 17, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Numbers RLH AR 11-79 and RLH TA 11-195, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessement for Property Cleanup Services from May 02 to May 31, 2011 (File No. J1114A, Assessment No. 118086); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1336 Dayton Avenue, being described as:  Anna E Ramsey Add Lot 14 Blk 5, with the property identification number 03-28-23-12-0068 was assessed an amount of $300.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving the assessment as the property owner did not appear; and

WHEREAS, the property owner contacted Councilmember Carter's office and requested that he send the matter into a Legislative Hearing; and

WHEREAS, Councilmember Carter recommends referring the matter back to a Legislative Hearing on October 4, 2011 and City Council Public Hearing on October 19, 2011; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED, that Council File Numbers RLH AR 11-79 and RLH TA 11-195 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
