WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of JoAnn Erickson to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 767 HOLLY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant variances as follows: lower level north - 6 inches in egress opening height; lower level south 3 inch variance in egress opening height; upper level south; upper level north - 1 inch egress opeing height. Upper level south 6.5 inch variance in egress opening height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
