WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Steve Gaertner, on behalf of Channel Properties, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1767 FORD PARKWAY, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3.5 inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the northeast, southeast, and west bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
