Purpose of Appeal
We do not want to remove the door that separates the two restaurants. We were cleared to have the door by permit for the Twisted Fork Grille remodel.

WHEREAS, in the matterof the appeal of Aaron Jensen, Green Mill Restaurant, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1342 GRAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the door separating the two restaurants; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
