WHEREAS on August 3, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 11-948, said resolution being the ratification of assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Lines on private property during February to April 2011 for 873 SHERBURNE AVENUE. (File No. 1103LDSRP, Asmt No. 114933); and
WHEREAS, the property at 873 Sherburne Avenue, being described as: Victoria Street Addition to St. Paul, Lot 6, Block 3, with the property identification number 35-29-23-24-0087, was assessed an amount of $680.00; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Regional Water Services recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 11-948 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
