Purpose of Appeal
#4 and #7 - Window has been replaced without permit. Obtain the required permit and contact building inspector for final inspection. Windows were an exact fit so did not require a structural revision. Cost of labor and materials was well below $500. Was told by a representative in the permits department that a permit was not required.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Jessica L. Teske to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 2053 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on building permit, deny the appeal on garage and grant extension to June 15, 2012 to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
