WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Steven Thao to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 925 EUCLID STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the upper floor north and south bedrooms, and deny the appeal on the window well, main floor dining room electrical fixtures issue and use of upper floor landing as a sleeping area; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
