WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Andy Hybben to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1056 THRID STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a variance of 5 inches in egress opening height fot the Unit 1west bedroom, 4 inches in egress opening height of the north bedroom and 7 inches in egress opening height of the east bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
