WHEREAS on September 7, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 11-70, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from May 29 to June 12, 2011. (File No. J1114P, Asmt No. 118105); and
WHEREAS, the property at 692-694 Glendale Street, being described as: Bakers Addition To Thecity O Those Pts Of Lots 18 & 19 Blk 18 Which Lie Sly Of The Fol Desc L; Com At The Sw Cor Of Sd Lot 18 Thence Nly Along The W L Of Sd Lot 18 A Dist Of 49.34 Ft To The Pt Of Beg Of The L To Be Desc Thence Ely 91.73 Ft Thence Nly 2 Ft Thence Ely To The E L Of Sd, with the property identifification number 32-29-23-21-0036 was assessed an amount of $531.84; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment it was made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $531.84, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RLH AR 11-70 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
