Ratifying the Assessments for Excessive Inspection Services billed from April 28 to June 10, 2011 (File No. J1110E, Assessment No. 118120)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1603 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Inspection Services for Property Code Violations billed from f April 28 to June 10, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners, and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessment were appealed:
RLH TA 11-348 - 842 Clear Avenue;
RLH TA 11-357 - 255 Colborne Street aka 253 Colborne Street;
RLH TA 11-353 - 812 Fuller Avenue;
RLH TA 11-351 - 276 Mackubin Street aka 495 Iglehart Avenue;
RLH TA 11-376 - 2115 Pinehurst Avenue;
RLH TA 11-385 - 664 York Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 05, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments:
RLH TA 11-376 - 2115 Pinehurst Avenue - delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-348 - 842 Clear Avenue - Forthcoming
RLH TA 11-353 - 812 Fuller Avenue - Delete and refer to Legislative Hearing October 18, 2011 and City Council Public Hearing October 19, 2011
RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one equal installment unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
