Purpose of Appeal
Deficiency List has been completed & fixed with the exception of one item (#11 on the list). The one remaining item is a retaining wall & will need more time to repair. The deficiency list dated July 27th has been done & completed minus retaining wall.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Adam Strobel to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1889 MONTANA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension of 90 days in order to get a Code Compliance Inspection and Deficiency List completed by licensed contractors who have pulled permits, and if this is not completed in 90 days a vacant building registration fee will be processed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
