WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Judith M. Martin to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 946 GALTIER STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to October 1, 2011 for compliance and grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom window; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
