Purpose of Appeal
Permit to install 1 bedroom window.  It is the largest available to match existing but did not make egress code for St. Paul but does comply with MN Building Code.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Bob Sutherland to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 2091 PRINCETON AVENUE the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 7-inch variance on the openable height of one double hung replacement egress bedroom window measuring 17 13/16 inches high by 23 5/16 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
