WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lawrence J. Loomis, Trustee; on behalf of Jeanette G. Kamman; to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 632 HOLLY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the property be a registered as a Category 2 Vacant Building, a code compliance inspection be done, and the vacant building fee be waived for four months (120 days); Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
