WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jayant Saraph to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 601 CLIFFORD STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the sill height of the awning style bedroom windows; appellant will install a bench full width of the windows, and grant a variance on the double hung window in the rear bedroom, upper unit, if the appellant can demonstrate it can be opened to 16 inches; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
