RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Loyd Maeberry and his attorney, Jill Clark, the total sum of fifty-seven thousand, five hundred dollars and no cents ($57,500.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 09-CV-1216 (JNE/JJG) for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorney's fees regarding the October 3, 2006, incident at 1651 East 7^th Street, Apt. 5, St. Paul, Minnesota 55106.
