Properly allocating spending authority between the Parks and Library portions of the Payne-Maryland project.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Office of Financial Services, to amend the 2010 spending budget for the Payne-Maryland Parks and Recreation and Public Library activities (activities 3T230 and 3T231) to properly reflect the distribution of work on the project. The changes contained herein will not impact the existing plan or scope of the Payne-Maryland project; they will only correctly allocate existing spending authority between the Parks and Library portions of the project. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached fiscal analysis.
