Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1817 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the 2011 Facade Improvement at the Great Northern Building, 300 Wall Street; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 19, 2011 to consider ratification of the assessment; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal installments.
