Amending the budget in the Fire Department to establish a financing and spending plan for the Minnesota Task Force 1 grant reimbursement from the City of Bloomington in the amount of $2,081.00.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the City of Bloomington for the costs associated with a city employee attend the USAR FEMA Task Force Leader conference in Chesterfield, VA on March 14-18, 2011, and
WHEREAS, the total amount to be reimbursed is $2,081.00, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the grant, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $2,081.00 in excess of those estimated in the 2011 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2011 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2011 budget.
