Body

The Council of the City of Saint Paul does ordain:

Chapter 166 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby repealed in its entirety. Residential permit parking areas previously covered under said Chapter 166 shall now be regulated by Chapter 164, Traffic Code - Residential Permit Parking - Guidelines and Regulations. Specifics for each permit parking area shall be adopted by City Council resolution.[Enter the body of the resolution or ordinance here.

This ordinance shall become effective and be in force thirty (30) days after passage, approval and publication once in the official newspaper of the city.
