WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jose Gutierres to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1726 SIMS AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the windows in all bedrooms measuring 19 inches openable high by 37 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
