Amending the 2011 spending budget for the Arts and Learning Grant.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, to amend the 2011 spending budget for the Arts and Learning Grant (860-33195) to increase the available spending authority in Fees - Other Professional Services by decreasing the current amount allocated for Salary and Fringe Costs. The additional spending authority in services is needed to pay for the programming services provided by East Side Arts Council and COMPAS. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner:
