My wife has Glioblastoma Multiforme Stage 4 Brain Cancer.  I need extra time to fix the list.  Taking care of her is almost a full time job.  I'm trying to do the best I can.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William Lowe and Paula A. Eklund-Lowe to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1885 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to November 1, 2011 for the chimney issue; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
