Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1316 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of May 25 to June 12, 2011; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the following assessments were appealed:

RLH TA 11-247 - 470 and 476 Cleveland Avenue South;
RLH TA 11-263 - 2075 Dayton Avenue;
RLH TA 11-244 - 300 Maple Street;
RLH TA 11-273 - 20 Seventh Place West;
RLH TA 11-238 - 632 Snelling Avenue North;
RLH TA 11-241 - 859 Tuscarora Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 07, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments:

RLH TA 11-247 - 470 and 476 Cleveland Avenue South - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-263 - 2075 Dayton Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-244 - 300 Maple Street - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-273 - 20 Seventh Place West - Delete the assessment referred for a Legislative hearing on September 12, and Council public hearing continued to September 21;
408 St. Peter Street - referred for a Legislative hearing on September 12, and Council public hearing continued to September 21; and
