WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Window World, on behalf of Roger Jones, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1950 ROME AVENUE the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; and

WHEREAS, the City Council heard additional testimony in this matter; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation grants the appeal in this matter.
