Purpose of Appeal
Appellant moves for appeal based on the following issue of fact: the home and/or dwelling was inspected by a private company and the conditions of condemnation were in conflict with the fire inspection division. Furthermore, the decision of the fire inspection division may violate the civil rights of the senior citizen tenants involved in the action.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Louis P. Sanders to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 910 COTTAGE AVENUE EAST; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming that the City Council deny the appeal and order the building(s) vacated by October 17, 2011; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
