WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File 11-1676 accepted the Report of Completion for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Connection on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owners during the time period of May to July 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on October 19, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 76: Sewer and Drains; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in twenty installments.
