Ratifying the assessment for the Payne Avenue - Cook Avenue to Orange Avenue streetscape project. (File No. 19096, Assessment No. 115402)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1640 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new concrete curb and walk, mill and overlay the existing pavement, and new twin-arm lantern style lighting system on Payne Avenue from Whitall to Cook; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 5, 2011 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal installments.
