WHEREAS, Since 2004 the Saint Paul Police Department has been leasing space in the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center for Community Building ("Neighborhood House"); and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department wishes to renew the lease (Exhibit "A") for three more years, nowtherefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute said three-year lease agreement, Real Estate lease file number PD/45.
