Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation to provide payment for the State's share of costs for traffic signal revisions and other associated construction along Highway 61at Minnehaha Avenue.

IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 98465 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the ADA, APS, and traffic signal revisions construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 61 at the intersection of Minnehaha Avenue within the corporate City limits under State Project Number 6221-43 (T.H. 61=108) and State Aid Project Number 164-108-024.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the proper City officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
