Purpose of Appeal
We have been under contract with this property for months trying to close with delays that have been out of our control. We are closing 8/8/11 and intend to commence renovations immediately. We have an FHA 203k renovation loan - contractor bid and letter attached. Also attached are closing "appointment letter" as well as letter from our loan officer stating that we have had the funds to close.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
