Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 98464 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:

To provide payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the ADA, APS, and traffic signal revisions construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 51 at the intersection of 7^th Street and the intersection of Marshall Avenue within the corporate City limits under State Project Number 6215-95 (T.H. 51=125).

BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the proper City officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
