WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Dave Engstrom, Affordable Properties, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1757 BUSH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the fence (Item 1); deny the appeal and grant an extension to November 15, 2011 for compliance on the garage (Item 3); deny the appeal on the extension cord (Item 4); grant the appeal on the parking spaces (Item 8); deny the appeal on the dryer exhaust duct (Item 9); and grant an extension on the re-inspection from July 18 to after August 30, 2011; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
