Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing 3 replacement windows that will not comply w/egress policy.  Openable height will be short by 6".  Openable width & overall glazed area will be exceeded.  Please approve.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Renewal by Andersen, on behalf of Sharon Lemay, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 2163 FALCON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 6-inch variance on the openable height of three double hung replacement egress windows measuring 18 inches high by 36 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
