WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1020 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Cleanup on Private Properties from April 01 to April 27, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessments were appealed:
RLH TA 11-149 - 691 Bedford Street - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-154 - 1153 Central Avenue West - Approve the Assessment;
RLH TA 11-166 - 640 Charles Avenue - Delete the assessment:
RLH TA 11-139 - 673 Charles Avenue - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-142 - 723 Charles Avenue - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-178 - 981 Earl Street - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-183 - 696 Fifth Street - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-171 - 1237 Fifth Street East - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-150 - 755 Howell Street North - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-170 - 936 Lafond Avenue - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-143 - 335 Magnolia Avenue East - Approve the assessment and spread the payments over three (3) years;
RLH TA 11-164 - 841 Magnolia Avenue East - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-187 - 802 Mound Street - Approve the assessment and spread the payments over three (3) years;
RLH TA 11-144 - 956 Prosperity Avenue - Reduce the assessment from $808.00 to $400.00;
RLH TA 11-198 - 475 Saint Clair Avenue - Approve the assessment;
