Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1297 accepted the Report of Completion to improve the alley in Saint Anthony Park North, Block 35 (bounded by Commonwealth, Carter, Raymond, and Cleveland), and driveway construction performed at 1343 Cleveland Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 7, 2011 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal installments.
