WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Leslie K. Lucht to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 674 VAN BUREN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the bathroom, deny the appeal on the ground cover and grant an extension to August 1, 2011 for compliance, deny the appeal on the window painting and grant an extension to August 15 for compliance, and grant the appeal on the upper bathroom ceiling; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
