Title

Body

WHEREAS on May 4, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 11-20, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Towing of Abandoned Vehicles from August to December 2010 (File No. J1102V, Asmt No. 118044); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1625 Third Street East, being described as: Heinemann Mcconville Stierle S 1/2 Of Vac Alley Adj And Subj To St The Fol Ex W 3o Ft Lot 21 W 1/2 Of Lot 23 And All Of Lot 22 Blk 6, with the property identifification number 34-29-22-13-0066 was assessed an amount of $298.08; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment it was made in error; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $298.08, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.  Council File RLH AR 11-20 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
