Accepting the gift of reimbursement for one hotel room night from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, for City Clerk Shari Moore while attending their conference, May 6 - 12, 2011.

WHEREAS, the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) is a professional nonprofit association of municipal city clerks and officials from throughout the United State, Canada and around the world; and
WHEREAS, City Clerk Shari Moore was a Region Director on the Board of Directors of IIMC, representing the states of Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, IIMC held board development and board meetings before their annual conference which required the directors to arrive early to the conference; and
WHEREAS, IIMC has offered the Region Directors reimbursement of $216.67 for one hotel room night; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accepts the reimbursement of $216.67 from the IIMC.
