WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Roxberg Rehab to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 81 GEORGE STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting a variance for the one double hung window measuring 16 inches wide by 34 inches high on the condition that the room is not being used as a sleeping room; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
