Recognizing Keith O. Holm’s service to the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS.
Body
WHEREAS, Keith O. Holm became the Executive Vice President of the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS in 1982 and has devoted over thirty years to the REALTOR Association; and,
WHEREAS, Keith served as Chair of the ‘Association Executives Committee’ for the National Association of REALTORS, has been honored as the REALTOR of the Year, earned the REALTOR Certified Executive (RCE) designation, and has had numerous industry recognitions and honors; and,
WHEREAS, Keith is a nationally recognized ethics instructor for REALTORS, counseling REALTORS to the betterment of the industry; and,
WHEREAS, Keith has served as a true ambassador for the City of Saint Paul-he has been a long-time resident of St. Paul’s east side, a strong supporter of community programs, and has actively promoted the City of Saint Paul in countless ways; and,
WHEREAS, Keith has recently announced his retirement from Association management and it is fitting and proper to honor and express appreciation to him on this noteworthy milestone;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, on behalf of his many friends and colleagues throughout the city and country, recognizes and thanks Keith O. Holm for his years of service to the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS and his many contributions to making Saint Paul a better place to live and work.
