WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Edsil Investments LLP to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1810 and 1812 FORD PARKWAY the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; And
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the second floor east bedroom and a 2.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the second floor west bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
