1) Main floor bedroom has same size windows on front & they were oked - original windows
2) Upstairs windows are also original to 1920's and I don't want to change the appearance of the bungalow

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Bruce Johnson to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1100 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the south bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
