WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Tina Huber to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1667 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; And
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the window measuring 12 inches high by 32 inches wide during the current tenancy and use as a non-sleeping room. If the home is rented in the future, the owner must disclose on the lease agreement that the room cannot be used as a sleeping room. Grant that the property be removed from the Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
