WHEREAS, on March 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. 10-288, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Vacant Building Fees Re-invoiced in November 2009 (File No. VB0909, Assessment No. 108786); and
WHEREAS, the property at 360 Kennard Street, being described as: SECTION 34 TOWN 29 RANGE 22 KENNARD ST VAC ACCRUING AND FOL BEG ON NLY LINE OF STH 12-108 1257 32/100 FT W OF E LINE OF SE 1/4 OF SEC 34 T 29 R 22 TH N 110 FT TH W 42 2/10 FT TH S TO NLY LINE OF SD STH TH ELY ALONG SD NLY LINE TO BEG IN SE 1/4 SEC 34 TN 29 RN 22, with the property identification number 34-29-22-44-0008 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property owner was deployed at that time.
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 10-288 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
