Legislative Hearing Resolution
WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Jeffrey T. DeLisle, Delisle Company Limited Partnership, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 2195 SIXTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the awning windows in the main floor northwest and southwest bedrooms in Unit 2193, the main floor northeast and southeast bedrooms in Unit 2195, and deny the appeal on the sill height issue in all four bedrooms; steps must be installed the full width below the windows; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
