Purpose of Appeal
For stealing income by vacating my building, then billing me for $1,100 plus my other costs (mortgage, taxes, insurance, heat, and utilities) and destroying my family's retirement for housing code violations that I have corrected but were not hazardous to life and were tenant-caused but never re-inspected by Inspector James Thomas.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Robert H. Nollet to a Certificate of Occupancy Revocation Vacant Building and Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 676 RIVOLI STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council dent the appeal; now, therefore, be it
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
