WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Mark Pasvogel on behalf of Morrison and Associates Investments to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 757 SAINT ANTHONY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
