Ratifying assessments for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Trees on Private Properties in January 2011 (File No. 1106T, Asmt No. 119096).

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-510 accepted the Report of Completion for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties in the month of January, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations
for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 04, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 175: Dutch Elm Diseased Tree with the following changes:
1362 Marion Street - Delete the assessment;
579 Bidwell Street - Delete the assessment;
127 Front Avenue - Delete the assessment; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby determined to be payable in one installment, unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
