WHEREAS on February 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-151, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Tree Removal services during the month of October, 2010. (File No. 1103T, Asmt No. 119090); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1986 St. Clair Avenue, being described as: Lanes View Lots 12 And Lot 13, with the property identifification number 09-28-23-22-0011 was assessed an amount of $996.32; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $996.32 to a total of $700.00;
WHEREAS, this reduction was not recorded in the Council public hearing process; now therefore, be it
BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File RES 11-151 is hereby amended to reflect this change and reduce the assessment from a total of $996.32 to a total of $700.00.
